Shipping Policy

We ship orders the following business day, Monday-Friday; excluding weekends and holidays.

At this time the only carrier we partner with is USPS. Tracking details will be emailed to you when the order ships. The tracking number we provide via email to you can be tracked directly on the USPS.com website or on the email we send to you.

Transit times are NOT GURANTEED but on average USPS delivers within the advertised time frames below.

We DO NOT refund orders or shipping fees for orders that arrive later than expected as transit times are not Guaranteed by the United States Postal Service.  For more information on Returns please view our Returns Policy click here.

Delivery Policy:

We ship to the address on the order only. We do not edit or change addresses after an order has been placed and paid.

Since we ship with USPS, there are some occasions in which your local post office requires a signature or requires that someone at the delivery address is present before they deliver the package. If a package requires a re-delivery or pickup it is the customers responsibility to track their package with the tracking we provide and ensure they pick-up their package or attempt to accept a re-delivery. Customers attempting to pickup or accept a re-delivery should contact their local post office to ensure proper delivery of goods.  If we receive a return package because the address was incorrect we will issue a refund within 3 business days excluding shipping fees paid on original order.

Please be aware that Lol Party Supplies by no means will refund or resend orders for claims of Non-receipt if the tracking number shows delivered. The burden of proof is for the customer to prove that 1, we never shipped the order and 2, the post office didn’t deliver. This Policy is in place to prevent Customer Fraud claims of non-receipt when in fact they did receive the order.

In the event the tracking shows lost or non-delivered, we will take full responsibility and issue a refund or resend at our cost. Our commitment is to ensure we ship orders to the address our customers provide. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their local post office (USPS) leaves their packages (mail) in a safe area where theft is not possible.  As previously stated we ship with USPS and typically they leave packages in mail receptacles and or front door. If you wish not to have your package delivered in this manner by your local post office please contact them directly and request for a change in delivery method.  We will not be responsible for stolen packages as once the order is delivered to the property address, the customer is responsible to ensure safety.

Customers purchasing from our site are agreeing to ALL the terms and conditions set forth. We will make NO exceptions to these policies.
