- When will my order ship? Orders are shipped the next business day excluding weekends and holidays. Example: If you place your order on Friday it will be shipped on Monday. If Monday is a holiday it will be shipped on Tuesday.
- I haven’t received my order yet. Please check your emails as well as junk mail inbox for a shipping confirmation email from us which includes a link to track your order with USPS.com
- The tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything? Please review our Shipping Policy in the Policy tab at the top of our site or click here. We have a clear shipping policy regarding claims of non-receipt when an order shows delivered by your local United States Postal office.
- I put the wrong address on my order. Can I change it? We do not alter addresses after an order has been received. Please review our Shipping Policy in the Policy tab at the top of our site or click here. Your order will need to get cancelled and a new order will need to be placed by you with the correct shipping address.
